Origin windows offer two ranges in aluminium. A single and consistent focus on quality and performance.

We can offer you access to two distinct Origin aluminium window ranges: Origin OW80, Origin’s premium residential aluminium casement window range; and Origin OW70, Origin’s ultra slim sightline aluminium casement window.

The Origin OW-70 Aluminium Window

The Origin OW-70 window delivers ultra-slim sightlines of just 65mm, maximising the glass area.

It’s available as either an opening casement window, bay window or fixed-light, with either a contemporary square-edge or traditional chamfered/sloping bead to the double-glazed glass unit and a flush external finish between the opening sash, and the frame.

The Origin OW-80 Flush Aluminium Window

The Origin OW-80 window brings additional design flexibility to Origin’s energy efficient aluminium window range defined by an internal – as well as external – flush finish.

Available in standard casement, Origin french window, Bay window and Origin gable end window options, the use of a unique polyamide thermal break with Aerogel technology boosts thermal performance to the highest possible Window Energy Rating of A++ or a u-value (the measure of heat loss) of as low as 0.8W/m2K

It’s also ultra-secure and fully PAS24 tested. Origin OW-80 aluminium windows by Cherwell Windows also use Yale’s police-approved and Secured by Designed closer locking system.

Tested to 50,000 cycles, it’s made to last with a 20-year guarantee.

How energy efficiencient are origin windows?

Origin Windows achieve 0.9W/m²K with aerogel, 1.1w/m²K with triple glazing, 1.5W/m²K with double glazing. Origin Windows have an energy rating of A++. Therefore, Origin Windows exceed current building regulations by 0.1W/m²K with double glazing.

OW-70 offers the slimmest sightlines at just 65mm wide, ideal for those looking to maximise on natural light and views. OW-80 may not offer sightlines as slim as OW-70, however, it offers an internal flush casement, which OW-70 cannot provide.
